How to Use
- Apply cleanser to your face or to the brush
- Dampen your face
- Press the centre button to power on the brush
- Use + and - buttons to adjust the intensity (1-11)

- Rinse the face and pat it dry

This depends on your skin type and texture, if you have very sensitive skin or a damaged skin barrier begin by using the brush 1-2 times per week. For the exfoliating side use once per week. Increase use gradually as tolerance increases. For normal skin types limit use of the exfoliating side to 3 times per week and the cleansing side to 5 times per week

After use, rinse with water and fragrance free soap. As it is fast drying it does not tend to harbor much bacteria - but every few weeks use an alcohol wipe to clean the brush head for ultimate hygiene.
